Emotions and 811

Choosing a 811 diet, is a very clean diet. You choose to strip yourself naked of all substances, stimulants and junk that you have ever put in your body. All this junk has overloaded your body with toxins, to an extent were all nerveenergy has been used to clean and digest this "food". In a state like that, not much nerveenergy is left to digest emotions.
So once people start eating a clean diet, all this nerveenergy is suddenly free to be used dealing with certain emotions and feeling parts of yourself, that might have been hidden for years. This process is not always easy. In fact so hard, that I would think it is a big reason, apart from undereating, that people fall of the wagon.
Even though you eat clean, there are still ways to avoid facing theese emtions. Such as overexersizing, undereating or other distructive behaviours or relationships. You might find that this vanish naturally with your changes or you might have to take action yourself.

You are stripped naked and forced to face a lot of emotins, hidden for years, emotions you had no idea were there. As hard as it may sound - I find it a beautifull process. It is the process of digging into the corebeing of yourself. Think of it as this: Modern man is like an onion - equipped with a inner true being of love and light which is the core, and this core is covered with layers of emotions, fears, traumas, that prevents you to shine and be. When theese layers start to be peeled, it can be tough and it can tear your eyes up.















So as you start eating this way, you start to peel the layers, one by one.
Have you ever experienced being fearfull or anxious and feeling like you have several voices in your head? Fear and anxiety will try and fool into thinking, what they say is you, but seen up close, you can actually dinstinguish between thoose feelings and your true being. The methods described underneath may help.


In times were fears and anxiety feels strong, try the following:
  • Breath deeply and slowly. Focus on the pauses between inhalition and exhilation. Sit in a place where you do not get disturbed and focus on this with closed eyes. Focus on the area of yuor heart and imagine a bright light shinning, getting stronger and stronger 
  • Talk to the fears. Tell them that you truly love them, for what they really are - which is not the fears. Imagine the childversion of you and tell him/her that everything is okay.
  • Let the feelings be. The more you try to ignore, supress or fight them, the stronger they get and they will never transform in that way. Simply focus all your attention in feeling the emotion and accept it. It might feel very intense in some seconds, maybe minutes, but then it will start to transform.


Theese layers has saved you in times, that were simply to painfull or to hard to survive if fully faced, so give them love, tell them that you really appreciate the times they have protected and helped you, but they can be free now. The layers might mistakenly think that they need to be with you, in order to survive or be something, but the layers are actually also just love and light in a transformed form and they want to be set free also. It is very important to remember that this IS NOT a battle against fears. It is NOT a war. You will never be free if you try to fight. Simple give it love, acceptance and the fears, the layers will transform. They will transform into love nad light and empower your true being. The fears and anxiety is not an evil force. I picture them as little children, really afraid, they think the only way to survive is by telling you all the fears and making you act according to them. But all the actually need is just love and then they will be set free. 

NB! Off course it is vital that you eat enough carbs during processes like theese, since being undercarbed can lead you through a rollercoaster of emotions too. This is more related to lack of glucose in your brain and not a peeling of layers.
